Michael Dwenger, Auto Driveaway’s Vice President of Operations, is a transportation industry veteran with over two decades of invaluable expertise.

In his role, Michael manages over 40 field offices, overseeing five regional managers and three operational directors. As the driving force behind the operations, safety, and driver recruiting teams, his dedication is centered on propelling growth, elevating safety standards, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Mike is especially proud of working with team members across the organization to grow their individual careers and mature into exceptional leaders. Mike’s commitment, passion, and dedication drives Auto Driveaway’s relentless pursuit of excellence.

His passion for a career in transportation was ignited after obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and entering the industry at Home City Ice, and later serving as Transportation Manager for Xerox.
