Does Auto Driveaway have insurance?
For our Expedited and Truckaway moves: With the top rated insurance in the industry combined with what the trucking company offers, your vehicle is fully protected and you can be confident that there will be adequate limits to cover the carrier’s responsibility if there is any damage to your auto.
For our Casual/Standard moves: our excess insurance supplements your primary insurance so you can be confident that there will be adequate limits to cover the carrier’s responsibility if there is any damage to your auto.
Can I ship my car with personal items in the vehicle?
Vehicle MUST BE EMPTY to avoid possible overweight charges from carrier at the discretion of the truck driver. Luggage and personal property must be confined to the trunk and are limited to a value not to exceed $50.00 or 50 lbs. AD/carrier are not responsible for stolen or damaged items left in the vehicle.
I don't need my car shipped but can your professional driver pickup my boxes and deliver them?
No, we cannot move your personal items. We only move vehicles.
Can I ship my car with a passenger in it or a pet?
No, we cannot ship your vehicle with a person or a pet in your car. Additional items not permitted in the vehicle: guns, ammunition, contraband, narcotics, medications, live plants, pets, furs, gems, jewelry, beer, wine, liquor, edibles, money, negotiable and legal papers, objects of art and articles of unusual value.

No, the estimate you receive includes door-to-door service, unless the car carrier is not allowed on your street or cannot fit due to maneuverability constraints on the truck.
Do I need to be present when my vehicle is picked up and delivered?
Yes, we request you, or a designated person, be present upon pick up of your vehicle. Our driver will conduct a complete inspection of your vehicle with you present to write off on all present damages, dents, scuffs and so forth. This report is called the Condition Report and is a very important check off before our driver loads and delivers your vehicle.
Can we get status updates and ETA for pick-up and delivery?
